These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inslytic platform and services. By creating an account or using Inslytic, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Inslytic is an AI-powered product analytics platform that helps teams understand how users interact with their products. The service includes data collection via SDKs, a dashboard for analytics and insights, and AI-powered query capabilities.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• One account is permitted per email address.
• Authentication is handled via passwordless magic link or Google OAuth.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@inslytic.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to collect data in violation of applicable law.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service beyond the provided SDKs and APIs.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Collect personally identifiable information of end users without their appropriate consent.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without prior written agreement.

4. Data Ownership

• Your data: You retain full ownership of all data you submit to or collect through Inslytic. We process your data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Data export: You may export your data at any time during your active subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

Inslytic and its associated software, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of Inslytic. Your use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform. You retain all rights to your own data and content.

6. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the service is available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inslytic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or use. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.
• We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be submitted to the competent courts of Estonia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
